All bags are subject to a complete and thorough search. Prohibited items that are discovered during inspections must either be returned to their owner's vehicle or discarded. The Delray Beach Open will not provide a storage area for these items. Any bag/item left at a gate is left at the owner's risk. Tournament assumes no responsibility for left bags. Yes, multiple hospitality events take place in the Hospitality Pavilion, the event’s exclusive on-site air-conditioned tent. Private, charitable and corporate events may host between 80 – 200 persons and include Stadium Court Reserved or Box seats.

Yes, your ticket gives you a seat in the stadium and access to the side courts on a first come first serve basis.
No, a ticket for an afternoon session does not allow seating on Stadium Court for the evening session. It will allow you to remain on-site and enjoy the entertainment, food, beverages and the matches on the outside courts. A ticket for the evening session will not allow access to the tournament site until one hour before the evening matches begin.

Direct acceptance: This accounts for the majority of players in a draw and is based on a players’ ATP Entry Ranking at the entry deadline.
Wild Cards: These are granted at the tournament’s discretion – three are awarded.
Qualifying: The qualifying tournament is for players who were not ranked high enough to get into the main draw via ‘direct acceptance’. The Qualifying draw consists of 16 players. The players that win two rounds are placed into the main draw – four in total.
Special Exempt: Reserved for players who are unable to compete in the qualifying competition because they are still competing in another singles tournament on the date the qualifying competition begins.
A session can be two matches played on one court and as many as eight matches played on three courts. The number of matches planned for each session can be found on the Schedule page.
No, smoking is not permitted on stadium grounds as this is a smoke-free-facility. This includes cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, etc.
Video streaming apps and video recording devices to record on-court action or activities is prohibited.
Animals other than service animals are not permitted inside the Tennis Center. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.

Fans may choose to enjoy a 4-star dining experience at Mark’s Bistro, the on-site restaurant, or a sampling of local favorites at the extensive Food Court. For quicker “grab n’ go” items, many snack and drink stations are available serving pretzels, popcorn, sodas, espresso, tea, hot chocolate, and desserts. Also popular is the Main Bar and Dano's Cantina, featuring beer, wine and mixed drinks.
If the tournament or a session(s) is postponed or cancelled due to weather or other causes beyond our control, Tournament management will make every effort to reasonably accommodate the individual session ticket holder on a subsequent session, if held. Subsequent session to be determined by Tournament management. The Delray Beach Open cannot guarantee ticket availability, exchange of equal value or comparable seat location. All ticket exchanges are final, and there will be NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS. In addition, patrons are advised that the event Schedule of Play is subject to change for all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange due to one or more changes in the Schedule of Play. Rain delays could last 15 minutes or a few hours. Once it stops raining, it could take 30-45 minutes for the courts to be dried depending on the amount of rain received. Pay attention to local weather forecasts and radar to track any inclement weather that may develop. Announcements and rain-delay updates will be made in the Stadium Court and on our video boards located throughout the site, as well as on our website. Please note that this policy does not apply to any tickets issued on a Complimentary or Trade basis. Please note that if a match is completed on stadium court during a specific session, than that session is determined completed.
A session is a designated schedule of multiple matches within a specific period of time. Some days will feature both an afternoon and evening session while others feature solely an afternoon or evening session.
Gates open one hour before the session begins unless otherwise indicated on our Single Session page.
Official parking is available in multiple lots surrounding the Delray Beach Stadium & Tennis Center. We suggest you park only in those specially designated parking areas. Both general parking and valet parking is available. Simply follow the parking directional signs starting on Atlantic Avenue. Fans with parking passes should follow the color-coded signs matching their parking pass. For the parking rates at The Old School Square garage and Federspiel Garage the rates have changed for patrons. It is now $1.50 per hour and open 24 hours. All other parking area prices may vary and are subject to change.
Tour Buses: There will be a Bus Drop Off Tent in front of City Hall (100 NW 1st Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444) from there the bus would go to Pompey Park to park (1101 NW 2nd St, Delray Beach, FL 33444). The City will be adding signs showing where the bus drop off near the Yellow and Green Lot

Once the ATP Tour draw is made (Friday afternoon Feb. 13, 2026), the tournament committee will schedule Monday’s opening round of matches.
Each night following the matches, the tournament committee will schedule the matches for the following day.
