To provide a safer environment for the public and an expedited fan entry into the site, the Delray Beach Open has instituted a bag policy limiting the size and type of bags that may be brought into the site. The Delray Beach Open is committed to providing a safe and exciting experience for all guests through the implementation of this policy.
All bags are subject to a complete and thorough search. Prohibited items that are discovered during inspections must either be returned to their owner's vehicle or discarded. The Delray Beach Open will not provide a storage area for these items. Any bad left at a gate is left at the owner's risk. Tournament assumes no responsibility for left bags.
Please see the list below for approved bags/items fans may bring on site:
- Tote bags, small purses and other single compartment bags 12" x 18" x 15" or smaller
- Single strap diaper bags if accompanied by a child
- One sealed, clear bottle of water
- Strollers without storage compartment can access the site after proper inspection, however, please keep in mind that there is no stroller storage on site and no strollers allowed within the stadium
- Umbrellas are allowed on site, however, they are not permitted to be opened or used within the stadium or in viewing areas
The following items are prohibited to bring on site:
- Backpacks and other multi-compartment bags
- Bags larger than 12" x 18" x 15"
- Drones (any mechanical object in motion or flight)
- Firearms or weapons of any kind (regardless of permit)
- Bottles (except the one clear plastic water bottle allowed), cans, coolers, ice chests, thermoses or picnic baskets
- Alcoholic Beverages
- Illegal Substances
- Professional video cameras or recording devices (unless with Media Credential)
- Personal cameras, video cameras, or recording devices larger than 4" x 14" x 8" (unless with Media Credential)
- Animals (excluding service animals)
- Selfie Sticks
- Any other items deemed unlawful or dangerous by the tournament management
Exceptions will be made for the following circumstances:
- Any fan participating in a clinic or otherwise will be permitted to bring their bag which will be properly inspected prior to entrance on site.
- Any medically necessary items will be allowed after proper inspection.
- Camera and/or laptop bags for media personnel only will be allowed after proper inspection.
Other:
- No individual may collect, disseminate, transmit, publish, or release from the grounds of the tournament any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion) for any betting or gambling purposes.
- Courtside filming is strictly prohibited. Any filming of matches or practices for the purpose of commercialization is prohibited.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited on site.
- Re-entry will be permitted after exit scanning on your way out of grounds
